Our Admissions Department, Emily Holt and Marcia Bell, or a Clinical Liaison at 563-343-8420 will answer your questions and assist you with scheduling a tour. You can also take a virtual tour!

If you or your family member is currently hospitalized please ask the Case Manager or Care Coordinator at the hospital to call our Clinical Liaison at 563-343-8420 to make a referral to the Kahl Home. Our Clinical Liaison is available 24/7 to start the medical evaluation process and provide you with information about Kahl Home.

If you are at home, independent living, or assisted living and would like to become a long term resident at Kahl Home, an Admissions Application and Medical Evaluation must be completed for consideration. Please reach out to our Admissions team, Emily Holt or Marcia Bell, at 563-324-1621 or our Clinical Liaison at 563-343-8420 to assist you with this process.
